How do I cash out my winnings?

In order to cash out money from your BeTheWinner account you must first log on to your account using your Username and Password. You can withdraw money by following these steps:

Start the BeTheWinner Casino program.
Enter your Username and Password in the Login screen and select the Play for Money option.
Once you're in the Lobby press on the Cashier in the right part of the screen. Then select Withdraw.
Select your preferred withdrawal method.
Enter your desired sum and click on the SUBMIT button.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 days from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your withdrawal request and return it to your BeTheWinner account.

Credit Card Withdraw

If you made your original deposit(s) with a VISA credit card, we will credit the withdrawal amount back to that same card as long as that amount does not exceed the total amount charged to BeTheWinner Casino.
MasterCard might not allow crediting cash outs back to your account. The credit(s) will appear in your credit card account after approximately 5-10 business days. Following review, BeTheWinner Casino will send e-mail to you confirming your withdrawal request.

Minimal withdrawal amount per single transaction: $20

We charge no fees for credit back your VISA card account.

The credit(s) will appear in your credit card account after 3-6 days.

Additional winnings will be sent by Bank Draft, NETeller, Moneybookers or Wire Transfer.

Bank Draft Withdraw

A Bank Draft is a bank issued check that can be cashed or deposited only by the person to whom the check is made payable. If you choose withdrawal by bank draft, a bank check will be mailed to your address. Since it takes additional time for the banks to issue a Bank Draft after it was processed, we request that you allow 3-4 weeks for the delivery of your check to the address submitted by you during registration. If your address has changed, please notify us immediately.

NETeller Withdraw

If you have deposited funds to your account using only the NETeller method, then your withdrawals can be credited back directly to your NETeller account.
If you have deposited funds into your account using credit card(s) and NETeller, withdrawals will always be credited back first to your credit card(s) and the remainder will be sent to your NETeller account.
Note: in the "NETeller Email" field below, you must write the email address you have registered NETeller with.

We charge no fees for NETeller Withdraw.
Delivery takes up to 2 business days.

Moneybookers Withdraw

If you have deposited funds to your account using only the Moneybookers method, then your withdrawals can be credited back directly to your Moneybookers account.
If you have deposited funds into your account using credit card(s) and Moneybookers, withdrawals will always be credited back first to your credit card(s) and the remainder will be sent to your Moneybookers account.
Note: in the "Moneybookers Email" field, you must write the email address you have registered Moneybookers with.

We charge no fees for Moneybookers Withdraw.

Wire Transfer Withdraw

A Wire Transfer is an electronic transfer of funds from BeTheWinner Casino's Bank Account to yours. If you have deposited funds into your BeTheWinner Casino account using credit card(s), withdrawals will always be credited back first to your credit card(s) and the remainder will be sent to you via Wire Transfer. Check with your bank for "Sort Code" and "Swift Code" details. Note: "Sort Code" must be submitted for UK accounts.

Minimal withdrawal amount per single transaction: $100

We charge $30 for Wire Transfers. No fee, if you've had deposit by Wire Transfer.
Delivery takes 2-7 business days to receive a wire.

I have entered a withdrawal request but I want to cancel it. How can I do this?

You can cancel your withdrawal request within 5 days of your request's submission (while your request status is still Requested). Once you cancel your request the sum you requested returns to your BeTheWinner account.
In order to cancel your withdrawal request simply log into BeTheWinner Casino using your Username and Password, select Cashier followed by Withdraw. You will see a list of your withdrawal requests, complete with your requests' status indications.

In the Status field of the request you wish to cancel press on the Cancel Withdrawal button below the Requested indication. Your request will be cancelled and the status will be changed to Cancelled.
Your casino account will then be credited with the sum you requested. Your withdrawal History contains a complete list of all your withdrawal requests - those that have been approved, or are being processed, and those that have been cancelled, either by you or by the casino.
