If you would like someone to call and assist you, simply click on the Call Me button in your personal account and games administration page (accessible by clicking on the Cashier in the casino Lobby). The Call Me button appears in the Personal Information, Deposit, Withdraw, Game History, and Money Transactions History pages. A customer service representative will call you shortly (normally within 15 minutes).
